While public transit is limited, the area itself is highly walkable with manicured landscapes. Sophisticated hotel bars and upscale restaurants create an elegant atmosphere throughout this exclusive shopping paradise.

The Flats
The Flats in Beverly Hills showcases luxury living at its finest with tree-lined streets and palatial estates. Georgian mansions and Mediterranean villas hide behind manicured hedges, offering glimpses into affluent California lifestyles. Wide sidewalks invite leisurely strolls past architectural masterpieces along Maple and Elm Drives. This quiet residential enclave sits just steps from world-famous Rodeo Drive's designer boutiques. Visitors can admire the whimsical Spadena House or stop by Good Shepherd Catholic Church. The neighborhood's peaceful atmosphere provides a refreshing contrast to nearby commercial areas.

"Good location. Valet parking for a fee. Older building but newer remodel in rooms."

"You will not get a better location with a better price!! It’s a gem! A very small, unique boutique hotel with a lot of personality! Yes, the rooms are quite small, actually the whole hotel is small, but I doubt you go to Beverly Hills to spend time in the hotel anyways so that shouldn’t be a problem. Make sure to visit the restaurant downstairs- it’s gorgeous. And once again- location, location, location. I had my doubts but I’m so glad I decided to book Crescent!"

The Hotel Lili - Beverly Hills
The Hotel Lili - Beverly Hills"Pro: Great area. Very nice staff. And clean. Con: instagram is really deceiving. Hotel appears older than what I expected considering they just opened a few months ago. The property is nothing much a quick renovation to an old hotel, the finishes in the washroom aren’t clean, carpet already looks dirty and it seems like old mattress with a new topper. Not comfortable at all. And the AC machine is LOUD and the digital number lights up the whole room at night."
