「Everything felt comfortable. I traveled with my son and two grandchildren as well as a cat and dog. Staff was friendly to all. The room and bathroom were clean and bathroom well stocked with towels! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Loved the larger refrigerator as my grandson has food allergies and we traveled with premade meals for him. Kitchen staff were amazing. Very helpful when my granddaughter made a waffle. And food selection was great so even someone with food allergies...

「The condo was neat and clean upon arrival, with fresh bedding and clean towels. The air conditioning and WiFi worked great, and overall the space was tidy and well-organized. HOWEVER, the unit itself felt very dated and was quite small. The sofa appeared old and worn, and one of the plastic chairs and the table on the balcony were dirty when we arrived (we cleaned them ourselves). The other chair was clean. The building's entry foyer near the indoor pool was particularly unpleasant—very DIRTY...
