"It was really nice, good service, great staff, good location, good activities and I really enjoyed staying there, the only thing that I would like them to improve is breakfast, some variation would be well appreciated… as a solo traveler I felt great, safe and coming back after a long day walking was great by knowing I had a comfortable bed to rest! "Loved the location! We also loved being able to stay in a historic, beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both the check-in and check-out process. We truly felt welcomed right off. The room was small, but we were fine with that. The beds were very comfortable! We also had a nice view from our window. The only tiny critique which the hotel being historic can not help, is that our bathroom has a small step-up. Even though there is a sign there to warn you, I was slightly afraid of tripping on it. This was minor though, as it was truly beautiful inside and out. You are greeted with cookies, fresh lemon water, and coffee/tea at all hours in the lobby. All in all, we loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our friends and would stay there again if ever going to San Francisco in the future. Thank you!"
