維修很差的酒店

酒店的維修很差。水厠冲了一次便沒有入水了。最不能接受的，是舊式熱水恆溫的暖爐，半夜運作時竟然會發出像蒸氣火車的聲音，亦會滴水。如果你喜歡半夜聽蒸氣火車運作聲，這酒店很適合你。

With this price, this convenient location in downtown and trendy renovation, it is a good value of money. It does not have AC but having the fan on the ceiling, it’s good coz SF can be quite windy at times. With cable car terminal, restaurant, Macy’s and LV on the same street makes it very convenient. I took the cable car to the Pier 39 and I did enjoy it very much. There is a ramen place at the corner, which is very good. I went there twice in three days.

Around 9p.m., male staff in reception kept staring at monitor with lady in front of desk and left 2-3 customers staying in a row without any action around 10 mins. Finally said ”Hotel Stratford can check in via kiosk behind” with poker face when customers have wasted 10 mins to wait for him to do check-in operation. Room with queen bed size, limited space to move around even fully open luggage. Tidy environment except used towel with smell left on toilet, welcome at very first check-in moment.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Cable Cars halten direkt vor der Tür und auch zu Fuß sind die Fishermans Wharf und Chinatown gut zu erreichen. Einzig ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

The check-in staff were really lovely and polite, and they kindly accommodated my request to store my medication in their fridge as my room didn’t have one, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable – just perfect for a couple of nights. The location is also excellent, within walking distance of the train station, public transport, shopping, and plenty of places to eat. Overall, a great stay and I’d happily return.

This was a basic hotel in a great area. The hotel itself had little to no amenities, except coffe and pastries in the morning, which were okay. No ice machine, microwave in any of the rooms. Thank goodness the neighborhood had everything to offer from retail stores, cafes, restaurants, and multiple modes of transportation, in addition to an open air plaza around the corner where you could sit, listen to free music, play games etc. I would not stay here again, but definitely stay in the area( Union Square) again.

This is a very basic hotel. I admitvv bc to bring very nervous when our airport shuttle dropped us off late at night. But, the bed was very comfy, free coffee in cafe downstairs in the morning and a perfect location won us over. Walk 2 blocks north to Lori’s Diner for and excellent breakfast. We will stay here again. There is a kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room and a hair dryer. No other amenities. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

It was a quiet peaceful hotel. So close to various attractions. Also loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was provided!!

We were in SF for 3 nights and this boutique hotel served our needs. It was clean and cozy. Good for single traveler or couples. I personally wouldn't stay here with family/kids due to the size of the rooms. There's no AC in the room, only ceiling fan but thanks to SF's cool weather during our visit, we were comfortable. It didn’t get too hot/cold for us. We did open the windows a few times when it got a little stuffy. The room does remind me of a studio. They're also not sound proof. You can hear every footstep, conversation and door closing in the hallway and from your neighbors room. I do wish they had a small fridge though. Check-in and check out was quick. Con: Need better shower door. Every time we showered there was a puddle of water on the floor. The hotel is right across the street from Union Square and close to stores like Nintendo, Macy's, Trader Joe's and high end shops (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Saint Laurent etc). There's restaurant, cafes and bars nearby. The streets around the hotel were busy and bustling with people throughout the day, but found the area to be sketchy at night so we wrapped up playing tourist by 10pm. The hotels location made catching Lyft and Waymo very convenient. Would stay here again for short/budget friendly trips.
