"LeeAnn and Allan are wonderful 10/5. They were kind, welcoming and Allan gave us lots of helpful info on Santa Fe. Ambiance was 5/5.The hotel definately needs updating - new doors, new windows are a must. Curtains in the room would be great. Was like noon at 6:30 a.m. The caulk around the tub was cracked and their were ants going in and out of the crack. The tub was a wonderful big jacuzzi tub BUT there was no drain stopper and no switch to turn it on (that we could find, we did not ask). ...

Great down town location.
"We enjoyed our two-night stay at the Pueblo Bonito. After our first night, we had an issue with the shower unit in our suite. Thankfully the hotel moved us to another room, fully resolving the issue. Both suites were lovely, comfortable, and well-stocked for cooking simple meals. The office staff were friendly. The location is excellent and very walkable for Sante Fe. This is a historic hotel and as such has some quirks, but it's a great value for staying downtown. "
