The property manager did an unauthorized charge to our credit card after we checked out. He claimed it was for coffee; however, he told me coffee was provided before I checked in. He will not respond to my questions. In addition, the toilet clogged two mornings when we were there. He promptly brought a plunger. That was fine but it was inconvenient to have this happen. The parking lot was muddy after a rain so be prepared if there is wet weather. My main complaint is the fact the manager took our money and will not even respond.

Casa de Tres Lunas is conveniently located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, shops, etc. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was the perfect home base for my trip.

A delightful little spot just a couple minutes from the main downtown square. Rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated - you can just feel the care and love they have for what they’ve built. I’ll certainly be staying here, again, the next time I make it to Santa Fe!

This property is more like an apartment with full kitchens. Self check-in and checkout was great. It is far enough away from the plaza yet close enough to walk there. It was a little worn and some repairs needed but clean.
