「The primary thing we were looking for in this trip was room comfort at night - which we did not get because of poor AC system. It made lot of noise and was constantly turning on/off the whole night. And it really did not cool the room well. Plus they charge 25$ resort fee which was a waste for us. 「This is a great place to stay that somewhat close to the Santa Fe Plaza area. We did have one hot/cold/dirty water mechanical issue, but the property management took it very seriously and moved us to another room. They were very understanding and accommodating. Beyond that, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and found the place to met or went above and beyond our expectations.
