The bed was really large and extremely comfortable, there was a separate lounge area and two balconies either side, with a lovely central forecourt and good facilities. The suite was large and well appointed, amd there were two televisions along with a nice bathroom. We were really very happy with the suite and its location. Parking was available underneath the hotel and the staff were all very warm and friendly. The Santa Fe Plaza with all of the shops, bars and restaurants was less than one minute's walk away.
We were confused by the resort fee pricing though having been given a fixed fee for payment when booking, only to be charged three different ad hoc payments that came to a total around £5.00 higher than we'd been quoted when booking. And one of those three charges was supposedly for incidentals that wasn't returned to us but instead used apparently towards the resort fee. We had in fact been told when booking in that we had nothing further to pay, but on check out were told that we had $97.00 in resort fees to pay. An emailed receipt was promised but hasn't been received. However we would still rate our stay as excellent as the resort fee issue, whilst slightly disappointing and confusing, wasn't enough to sour our trip. We loved Santa Fe and the hotel played its own part in that.
