「Classic property right off the plaza. A little confusing navigating given the renovations, but the atmosphere and history was comfortable. Our room was spacious and the fitness center, while a bit small for the size of the property, well outfitted including a rower. Can't beat the location for strolling to all the Santa Fe sites, museums, shopping and dining.」

「The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. 」

「This property was the worst place I've ever seen. The receptionist was sitting at the bar, the music was blaring and the 'bar tender' was dancing in the lobby. The room was not at all like the pictures. there were water stains that looked like there had been a leak. The room smelled of stale smoke and mold! The bathroom had mold growing in it. There were tow doors that required codes to get into the room. One was right off the street (that didn't work well at all) and another to get into...
