"El cuarto 502 No tenía aire frío. No funcionaba. Nos tuvieron que cambiar a las 10:30 de la noche. Después que fueron a ver si podía arreglarlo!! Cuando llegas cansado desempacas y luego no funciona tu clima. Si es frustrante."

"Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again."
