Wonderful location, easy to walk to the Santa Fe plaza and restaurants. We enjoyed the grounds and outside sitting areas. Having a kitchen was very convenient. Friendly staff made our stay comfor.

We took a family staycation fot a few days, since we are about an hour from Santa Fe. The condo was in a nice location off the plaza, it had a full kitchen and fridge so we were able to make meals while we stayed. It had a washer/dryer we didn't need to use it, since we only stayed two nights, but it was nice to have the option. It was comfortable for our family to stay, nicely decorated in the local style, and we spent some of each day hanging out at the condo.The parking was easy and pretty close to our unit. Nearby there was an entry to the Fort Marcy trail, with a lot of stairs, which ended very close to the plaza. We enjoyed our stay and would probably visit again if we are in Santa Fe.

Reservation was for a month and we were assigned a unit without a full size refrigerator. Since it was after hours getting in touch with staff was difficult. Executive branch indicated we were out of luck due to holiday season. A local manager did get us another unit. I appreciated the effort. But while it had a full size fridge, it was definitely was not an upgrade. Shag carpet, double bed with no TV and the kitchen wasn’t as equipped as the first unit we were assigned. It looked as if they hauled furniture out of storage and it was very uncomfortable. I loved the properties location, but I would advise anyone staying there to verify exactly what they’re getting. FYI there was no follow up to see how the unit was working. Housekeeping came once- I felt like we were being an imposition anytime we asked for something. It seems like common sense would mandate you give guests staying for a longer visit one of your nicer and better equipped units.

Cozy Condo Close to Everything

We enjoyed our short stay here. Our unit was well appointed and clean. We really loved all the artwork throughout the unit. It was amazingly convenient to both skiing as well as downtown Santa Fe. Highly recommend.

The bed was super hard. Sleep was hard to come by and the aches and pains from the bed were plentiful. In addition, there was no headboard, so the pillows kept falling between the bed and the wall. The couch slanted to the middle and the cushions were horrible. The location was great.
