The price on breakfast is a little steep. $12 price is appropriate for a breakfast price. The staff is wonderful and the proximity to a park is a plus.

Noted many areas in the room where paint was chipped/peeling and counter top lamenent was discolored and also chipped. Furniture was scratched and torn.
