「Overall experience was good, front desk staff at check in very pleasant and accommodating ensuring we got rooms on first floor as we requested.」

「Incredible stay even though the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. On our way to the lobby to check out, we ended up in a service elevator and on the wrong floor with our luggage cart. A very nice gentleman, one of the workers, took the time to escort us to the correct elevator and to the lobby. Room was new and beautiful. Great view out the 6th floor window. The only issue I would mention is each TV program we tried to...

「I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very close to the place where I had business, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice to have. Overall, still a good experience and I would consider staying again.」

If there was one thing that didn’t go well, it was the excessive noise and banging going on in the room directly above us on the 4th floor, making it hard to go to sleep. But this was not the hotel’s fault. I would stay here again. 」
