"The Holiday Inn is currently renovating rooms and we happen to check into one that was completed. The room was clean and very nice. We were on the third floor facing the interstate and the room was pretty sound proof surprisingly. The beds were extremely comfortable, the restroom was fully stocked with clean and crisp towels and toiletries. Checkout time was at 11am but the front desk attendant asked if we needed a late checkout but we were okay with the 11am time. The breakfast was phenomenal, the breakfast was freshly cooked as they practice progressive cooking. Once an item was fully consumed the breakfast employee brought out a freshly cooked replacement. The biscuits were fluffy and the gravy topped made it an entree itself. Over all it was a clean and very nice hotel despite renovation construction. They also had reserved Elite parking in front of the entrance area. They offered us a large bottle of smart water as we checked in which was a relief, we don’t bring any water with us. We are thankful fo a positive experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Albuquerque. "

"No longer GreenTree as of Monday February 9, 2026. It is now Best Western. Staff were really nice. They have make your own pancakes for breakfast. They offer juice and coffee 24 hours. Bed was nice. You expect road noise since it is on Hwy 25 frontage road but there were other noises-loud and unexpected. (Maybe plumbing ?)"

"This has to have been one of the best Handicapped accessible rooms I have seen yet. Very well laid out, easy access for everything. "

"Very clean room. A little worn down but had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Our TV didnt work but we called front desk and right away the employee came up and fixed the problem. The waffles for breakfast were great also. Would stay again for the price and cleanliness. "
