「My only criticism would be that no rooms were available when I tried to check in, and I asked for a phone call when one became available, and never got a call...but, Hyatt Place is my favorite hotel brand when I'm traveling alone for business. Love the design and decor, and their attention to detail RE: charging ports, etc.」

「This inn and spa offers complimentary valet parking, which makes walking the scenic area surrounding convenient. It's in the heart of a beautiful shopping square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even when hiccups occurred, everyone's recovery efforts were appropriate and greatly appreciated. 「Such a charming hotel. Love the lobby and room decor. Such a beautiful lobby and cozy bar. So close to everything..crepes, museums, the square, oven fired pizza...great shopping for the ladies and good shops for men. We visited in August..would love to see it at Christmas. Sante fe is so great in so many ways...wish i lived closer 」

「Everything was great. The property is dreamy, the restaurant Blue Heron is great and the service was amazing. It's a shame that they charge extra for the infrared sauna when you are paying almost $400 for a room. Other than that, it was a great trip. 」

「While a few minutes from the main downtown, it's a nice location. There's quick and easy access to walking paths and trails. Parking and check in were easy and I felt safe leaving my bike locked in the lot overnight. Rooms are also big enough to bring a bike inside. The beds and rooms were modern and comfortable, and they had nice soap/lotions. Could hear some folks talking on the patio one night but otherwise couldn't hear too much between rooms. They have free cookies in the lobby!」
