We took advantage of all of the amenities. Especially loved the always available shuttle and evening happy hours. Met lots of nice people and the staff were great. I miss them already.
We really enjoyed our stay, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful!!! The service was the best of all the hotels I've ever stayed at.
Thank you for the excellent service!!!
There had been a fire in the main hotel that didn’t affect the Haciena, except that the restaurant was closed. I thought the bed was too hard, but the suite was lovely. Nice breakfast and great happy hour. Free shuttle made getting around town easy.
This was such a cute and cozy place. The fireplace was a nice touch especially since it was raining when we got there. Very dog friendly - however there wasn't a place to walk our dogs. There was no grass. Other than that super cute and friendly place to stay.
I would've given this hotel 4.5 stars BUT the loud overnight staff ruined it. This is a beautiful hotel, with a decent continental breakfast and with a very nicely run shuttle service. HOWEVER, our room was next to the lobby, and the overnight staff was incredibly loud with their voices with complete disregard for sleeping guests. We were woken up several times overnight and my husband finally had to.ooen the door letting them know they were too loud. This is not a cheap hotel.....guests pay a lot of money to stay here and should expect a quiet night of sleep. It's unfortunate the staff does not understand that. Therefore, we will not be back.
The Hacienda was an amazing place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in Santa Fe. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the square. The breakfast and happy hour were great and having a shuttle readily available is extremely useful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff really prides themselves in what they do there and it shows. All in all my wife and I loved this place and plan to stay again next time we are in Santa Fe!
The staff were exceptional. The room was decorated in local New Mexico motif. There was a large walk in shower with wonderful bath gel, shampoo and lotion.
There was a continental breakfast each morning withe delicious croissants, pastries, oatmeal, fruit and hard boiled eggs.
From 5-7 there was a happy hour with cheese, meat and cracker board. Coconut shrimp. Wine and beer selections. You could get sodas anytime as included in the cost.
The meals were in the 6th floor with a lovely view of some local sights.
There was a shuttle that took us to different parts of the plaza downtown.
Part of the hotel was closed down due to a fire in the kitchen and ongoing renovation.
There was a heated pool and hot tub that we just didn’t have time to try out.
We were close to multiple eating venues, Walgreens and Whole Food’s.
We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this location is extremely helpful. There were some issues with our reservation and they went above and beyond. The Hacienda building is worth the extra cost. Great location, comfortable bedding. Would definitely book this location again.
Staff is the highlight of the hotel. They were attentive, accommodating and overall wonderful. Kudos to the management.
We loved the location. The shuttle was convenient with nice drivers and a fun way to meet other travelers.
Loved this hotel! Well appointed, clean, great staff, very pet friendly. Hot tub was lovely, pool wasn’t open yet. There’s even a small fenced off pet area. Would definitely stay again.
