We liked everything about this hotel. There was a great bakery and a nice coffee shop across the street, two breweries and several good restaurants a short walk away and the free shuttle bus took us anywhere we wanted to go. The lobby bar has a fireplace and music every night which made it a peaceful place to have a drink. The art collection was impressive.

Was on the main floor at the end of the hall. Live played late and could be heard. Not loud be distracting while trying to sleep. Went to bar around 4 pm to order food. Staff was not very helpful or customer friendly. Short and did not like me asking questions about the menu. Was not busy at the time. Front desk was nice and helpful. Very accommodating to our needs for disabled person. Room was clean.

Staff was excellent. There was a family above us with loud, stomping children - so they moved us to another room that was even nicer. Excellent to have the shuttle to/from the Plaza. Will stay there again!
