"Everything was good clean, i loved"

"The hotel is located in the middle of the Las Vegas strip, being convenient. The hotel is showing its age, with a bathroom wall peeling off due to humidity among the things I noticed. The price paid was more location than amenities. I did not gamble, see a show, nor ate at the hotel, opting to do all that outside. This was my first time back to the strip and the hotel in over 14 years, and it looked like I last saw it. I walked the mall next to it and saw some places to eat, but didnt try anything. At the malls is where the timeshare peopel stand around to try tonget you to spend in coming back, offering deals and shows to entice you. If you are looking for a new hotel, this isn't it. If you want a centric hotel where to walk from around the strip, this is an option. But check prices with hotels close by; there may be a better deal than PH."

"Food-expensive & not that good Bar-expensive but staff was welcoming Beds-worn out, needs replacing Vending machine-doesn’t work correctly using change, snacks were melted Staff-most were great and willing to help, Life Guards were in abundance Cleaning Staff very friendly in all areas Customer service was quick and friendly Parking was easy & free"

"Didn’t eat breakfast. I didn’t know they offer it. Clean room but it’s time for a little upgrade to the property. Staff was amazing. "

"Exterior & hotel rooms were decorated nicely but there is a lingering cigarette smell even if it’s a non-smoking room. They should have a designated smokers area like the newer casinos. Pool hours are not good, they close very early. They close at 6pm and no hot tub or jacuzzi in the pool area. They should extend pool hours so kids can enjoy and since we pay the “Resort Fee” each day. The front desk people are nice too. Housekeeping was horrible. They did not clean our rooms unless we call them, our whole stay we had to call and ask them to get us towels and throw the trash out. One time they didn’t even bring the clean towels we asked for. We did not even have the do not disturb sign on the door hung, the housecleaners had lots of opportunities to clean the our room yet they didn’t. No microwave in the rooms as well. Overall, it was an okay experience. Nice rooms just needs to be tweaked and train the housecleaning people "

"Not enough employees to handle the resort. No coffee pods in rooms. Leaky showers. No dish towel. If you use up the sm roll of paper towels you have to pay for more!!! Terrible dinner service in Valencia restaurant - served similar to fast food. Hot tub was grossly dirty. Poor labeling of room numbers. Very sm hallways. Best toddler pool ever! Many dead trees. "
