"The hotel set up was phenomenal. We would definitely return. We were on the third floor and we had an ocean view. I’m not sure how the first and second would be I would not want to be any lower. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food the location of the hotel was great and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the fact that we had the ocean, a large pool, a kitty pool, hot tub, lazy river and splash pad. I felt it was a larger variety than most hotels had in the area. We would definitely go back."

"Room was clean but had a very strong, weird smell. Also the beds were in poor condition. Definitely needed to be replaced. The AC unit made very loud noise while running. There was no broom in the room making it impossible to keep the floor clean. No baking pan. Only 1 very small pan and 2 small pots. The hot tub was not in good working condition pool and hot tub were not cleaned throughout our entire stay. "

"We arrived at the Property 5 hours before checkin time. The office issued us a parking pass so we could walk around and see the local area. We returned at 4 pm to checkin and tbey informed us that our room wasnt quite ready. We went next door and got some dinner and returned at 5:50 and the room still wasn't ready. Had to sit the parking lot untill 7:30 before we got into our room. And of course the television didn't work. WHAT a way to start a vacation. The view of the Gulf was blocked by a Palm Tree. Room was in really rough shape mold in the bathroom floor, flooring was missing trim accents we were scared to walk in our bare feet. I wouldn't wish this stay on my worst enemy....Never again Expedia...."
