Dirty, water damaged furniture, stained couches, no pillows for the pull out sofa and they didn’t have any at the front desk, incredibly uncomfortable pullout bed. I ended up buying a topper at Walmart so my kids could get some sleep, no one came to clean or replace towels, elevator did not work, TVs had a fuzzy picture, not enough parking. Luckily, the beach was beautiful and we spent most of our time there. Also, the staff were incredibly nice.

I hated that if I needed towels, I had to bring in my own dirty towels to front desk to get clean ones. Toilet paper I had to go get myself. Elevator was broken, so had to go up and down the steps to haul stuff back-and-forth. The rooms were dirty but I’ve stayed there before so I knew to bring my own cleaning supplies.

The pool couldnt be used because of algae and chemicals. The elevator was broke. My wife is handicapped but luckily we received a room that didn't require the elevator but people without handicap plates or tags kept parking in the few handicap parking spots. Told the office multiple times but nothing ever done

Pool was so dirty could not see the bottom. Expedia and the hotel would not refund our credit to move to different location. There were cracks in the walls. The shower leaked. The room was filthy and the spare bed had no sheets or blankets. Blanket on main bed was torn. Not worth the money spent.

The staff was great! Bathroom needed updated, mainly the bathtub. Couch needed replaced. It was stained but did appear to have been cleaned. Overall room was fine and we would stay there again.

the actual hotel was not even close to the photos posted online. i did not feel my daughter and i would be safe staying there. additionally the pool was green and the front offices stunk like an ashtray. i reccomend everyone stay far far away.

This stay was very disappointing. Everything was nasty and there was trash from the time we got out of our car to the time we got to the room and there was still trash on the balcony. The trash was never changed outside and the cans were overflowing until we begged them to change it. The shower flooded the floor every time anyone took a shower. The ceiling was leaking what seemed like water and will probably cave in soon! We were in room 132. This was a 6 person unit and there was no storage room beside one dresser. People from top balcony were dropping cigarettes down. We had to ask 3 times for clean sheets, had to keep asking for towels and overall it was awful and nasty! Would not stay here again!!!!

Stayed here several times over the years and this year was by far our best stay. Staff was very friendly, property was actually really clean, the room was clean, and the pool was clean. This stay was alot more quite than before, and the beach was hardly ever crowded. Had one minor issue we noticed with the curtains over the balcony door, but maintenance arrived to fix it as we were checking in before we could even report it to them.
