We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.

It was in a really quiet part of front beach road, the rooms were large and clean. The staff was kind and helpful when needed. The beach was never too busy. All in all great stay.

This property doesn’t feel like a resort, it’s a low budget motel. The entire property smells really bad, and it is not clean anywhere. We actually had an argument with the front desk for clean towels the three nights we were there. Not a good experience at all.

Our second stay and we'll be returning! Friendly staff, clean room with kitchenette perfect for family meals. Easy beach access. Nice pool area with jacuzzi. Good selection for dining out and short distance to the PCB pier but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Perfect for family vacation or destination for couples getaway.

We have stayed here several times over the past 10 years and enjoy the price point and beach access and the pool. Parking is always nice and easy. The quality is starting to lack in the rooms they are in need of an update. Carpets look worn, Furniture is in bad condition, the blinds are cracked or missing and we were even missing the holder for the toilet paper. The elevators are pretty bad as well, the lingering bad smell in both seems to be trapped due to the cloth and wood paneling that was added.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean. Plenty of parking. The only thing we didn't like was the air conditioning. I like a cold room at night. The ac kept cycling on and off every two minutes and was loud. If my husband complains the room is too warm...then it's warm....lol

The freezer portion of our fridge didn’t work, there seemed to be mold on our lamp shade, and there were multiple bugs (ladybugs, spiders, roaches) that ended up crawling on our bed. Other than that our stay was good!

Pros : liked that it had a seperate room and a gorgeous view from the balcony also the bed was comfy and I like that the refrigerator operated perfect and the convience of the beach being so close by Cons: I found hair that wasn’t ours in the place. The parking is terrible had to use a spotter just to back out. And really the main thing was the shower it is a small standup shower with no light to see the bathroom had a light but there was a wall blocking it so it was hard to see taking a shower and the water pressure was more like non existent

The hotel’s online appearance is very misleading. In reality, it is extremely outdated and in need of significant renovations, especially considering it is the oldest hotel in the area. Our experience was far from ideal—our original room flooded after only a small amount of rain, which forced us to relocate. This was a major inconvenience and disrupted our stay. It's disappointing that such issues exist, especially given the expectations set by the photos and descriptions online. A thorough update and more accurate representation of the property are definitely needed.

The view is everything - and I chose the hotel knowing it was old and dated. However, old and dated does not have to equal dirty. The hallways are dirty - the walls, stairwells, and the front is very unkept. We stayed the night not to lose our money; but checked out early. The staff was very nice and accommodating - but I just couldn’t with the dirty environment. 😞 management needs to invest in paint and paint the walls and keep the place in the outside looking clean.

Before you even get to the rooms the property is absolutely disgusting. The lobby is dirty, the elevators smell like rotting fish, if they even work and the staff is extremely unhelpful. The manager of the property Alex is never on site and was not available anytime I asked for his help. I had to wear shoes in the shower due to the mold in, around, and under the “bath mat” that they placed over the drain to hide the bottom of the shower and cut a hole in the mat for water to drain. There was sand in the beds along with the railing outside the balcony about to break. Check in was supposed to be at 4PM and we didn’t get to check in until almost 6:00. The “amenities” on the property are not amenities at all. The “cafe” that is supposed to be available to you is only open if the bartender decides to show up to work that day and the pool and hot tub are absolutely disgusting. I would never stay here again. It may be a beachfront property however I would rather use a public access than ever stay in this disgusting place again. I spoke with the manager after days of messages from me and his staff only for him to not address or apologize for a single issue within the property. The property is simply not managed at all. Disgusting. Do not stay here.

Dirty, limited lighting, parking was a nightmare - not adequate for the number of guests so we wound up having to park across the street and walk, shower didn't drain properly so you wind up standing in water above your ankles while you shower, the stench of weed will give you a contact high, elevator doors do not work properly/sometimes need to be pushed closed with your hands in order for the elevator to work. All of this and they want top dollar for your stay as if it is a 5-star resort.

We stayed in a double room that had a jack and jill bathroom. I liked that the room was clean, it was very quiet and the paint color was a pretty teal green. The beds were comfortable and they gave you plenty of pillows. However the furniture was old and it need updating, the air conditioner kept cutting off and was in disrepair as the front panel was hanging on by a thread. The bathroom was a nightmare and nothing like the pictures because the shower was a little box with no light. It was tiny like you would find in an efficiency apartment, the room didnt have any lights other than lamps. There were only 3 wash clothes. The towels were not full size towels they were more like hand towels. They did have nice soap and lotion in the shower and bathroom sink area which was nice but made me itch. The balcony chairs were ok but nothing special. We were on the 3rd floor so we had a decent view of the beach. They had a little bar restaurant but the service was not good. We were overlooked even though we were there first. We just left and spent our money elsewhere. Overall the staff was really nice and the property is ok but it really needs some updating. Definitely was not worth the price of $300 plus a night. It should have been no more than $200 max. I will add that it is pretty far away from all the major restaurants on the strip so keep that in mind if you decide to stay here. No restaurants are within walking distance.

People slamming doors but I believe it was because the doors would stick so you had to slam the doors to get them to shut or open.
