「We didn't have a kitchen, when we checked in our room hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait 30 minutes to get another room. Later that night when we came back our room cards didn't work so o had go back to the front desk and tell them that the cards didn't work so they gave me new ones and they didn't work either so we had to wait another 30 minutes on the maintenance to use his key to get in our room. He fixed it. The pool was out of service due to a leak. Won't be going back.」
