「Clean room, bed comfy, 」

「Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here. 」

「Great stay and delicious breakfast. The room was clean with modern decor. My favorite experience was that spotless restroom and shower with Dove wash and body lotions products.」

「First the breakfast is not free, but it was the best hot food breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. It was set up restaurant style with linen cloth tables already set with stoneware cups and nice glasses. Food was self serve and was hot and filling, but a lady provided drink service to your table. I will stay here again when I return to Panama City.」

「We had a great time at PCB. We were only in the hotel for sleeping and showering. The a/c ran great. The shower was nice and did not run out of hot water. The massager head was nice. There were bottles on the shower wall of shampoo and conditioner. The tv was very nice. The bed was kinda lumpy but typical of most hotels I've stayed at. The pillows were nice and fluffy. 「Staff courteous,i checked i very early because i had a wedding to attend,check in dont start till 4pm,but the front desk clerk was so nice she found me a room,not the one i booked but this was very good,clean and i was satisfied and comfortable,i would recommend this to anyone 」
