「None of the washers or dryers worked. The wash machines were broken and didn't drain the water in the spin cycles. In the soap dispensers the powder soap was crystalized in the drain; therefore not allowing the soap to rinse through. Machine # 1 had trickles of h2o and washer # 2 the same. 「The room is super outdated and smelled of old seafood. Couldn't even stay but was still charged for 1 night. I walked in and turned around at the door and was still charged. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone」

「This is usually my favorite place to stay, but I never got any Wi-Fi service. My bathtub wouldn’t drain properly and the front desk. Young lady was not very personable. She took care of my needs, but you could tell she was doing it because it was her job not because she enjoyed speaking with guest.. I would like to think I will return, but I will definitely look around now.」

「Very clean room,cleaning lady weas very good, staff at the desk wan very professional and helpful, Telma took care of the breakfast room ,very nice and became friend with my wife, the breakfast was very good and save us money by not having to buy outside and the parking was real close to the entrance.I recommended my family to go there.」

「Our first room was literally infested with roaches. We opened up a kitchen cabinet and they went everywhere. A bathroom also had mold. We went and told the office and they moved us into another room. Thankfully, no roaches here. However, I don’t think the floors have ever been mopped. Our feet turned black form it. The bathroom is pretty gross in our tub was covered in mold in the grout areas of the shower. The toilet was pretty disgusting too around the bottom of the seal. Smelled of marijuana...

「The front desk clerk saw us and another couple in line waiting to check in and didn’t even acknowledge us. She was talking to another person. Later that same evening my husband and I were returning from dinner and noticed suspicious activity in the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe and the desk personnel weren’t concerned. 」

「The hotel needs help. The bathroom in our room had a leaky toilet, the tub/shower is rusty and looks like it needs to be replaced. Also, there is no ceiling fan in the bathroom and there is no where to hang towels to dry. The rooms also need some sound proofing, as you can hear people in adjacent rooms, fairly easily. The location and other amenities don’t make up for the issues with the room. 」
