The photos shown on Expedia are false advertising. The hotel doesn’t look nice and clean as the pictures depict. The hotel is dirty, old, dingy, lacks basic maintenance. The elevators are so dirty and dark. For $275 a night I was expecting the place to look like it was shown on the pictures in Expedia. This should not be considered a hotel but more likely a motel. Beyond disappointing experience. Also, there is smell of sewage coming out of the shower drain.

Shower was great. Good water pressure and hot temps. Going to and from beach was perfect. Listing was a little misleading with the chairs and umbrella set ups. They aren’t included and you have to rent them. Parking was interesting. Good luck. Went down for coffee one morning and there was none made. That sucked. Overall decent for the price but I would stay somewhere else next time I visit PCB.

Not a very good experience! My name is Paul and ok Overall was an awful experience due to the A/C in the room didn’t work at all! I did when down to let the person on duty after the first night to report it and let her know if someone can go and check and fix it for what she replied OK I will tell someone to go and take at look at it! This was Saturday August 16 early morning a round 7am overnight lady I didn’t catch her name by the way but was before we go to the beach for our surprise when we got back it looks like apparently no one went to check anything knowing that AC issue is a priority specially at the beach 90 degrees! Very disappointing and we manage to sleep with the other AC but wasn’t the same and I didn’t want to go back! Honestly should be a priority and not for someone to go few times to report something important like this issue! I know I’m not going to get my cool and nice nights back but I hope this helps for future guests not to go through this again! Thank you but as now I will not planning to go back unless a miracle happens and I do go to Panama City at lot but we stay in others resort but we did give you guys a try due to we didn’t find rooms in the other places!! p.s: I did post few pictures of the AC controller showing at error and the unit completely off as you can see in the pictures!!

No parking for handicap except one spot. When given a cone to place to keep spot people would move it. roaches of all sizes. Hot water goes in and out, employees park where guest park,microwave didnt work but had a spare we had to lift off the top of fridge, toilet ran all night long, needless to say our 20 year Anniversay was not what we planned at all. This hotel has gone down hill. We have styed there for 20 year before it became the raddison, when it was legacy by the sea in 2007. Nevwr has it ever been this bad. Hopefully after talking with the Manger Jamie there are some major changes done with renovations, espically for those that are handicapped.

There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, and shopping options. I was upset because I reserved a paid suite and was lied to and given a standard room. Had to speak to virtual assistant and was only given $16 refund and $50 OneCashKey. It was the principal of I was lied to and just given what they want me to have. That's why I didnt extend my time. Wifi didnt work at all, which sucks. The bed are so comfortable, there are no security cameras around the rooms. Understand you have to pay a resort fee for a public beach access, a pool thats attached to hotel is crazy to me. I recommend All American Diner for breakfast and Sharkys for dinner. The receptionist was professionally rude. She lied about my room, so make sure you double check and get what you pay for. Its best to pay the $100 deposit in cash because you will habe to wait 3 -7 business days to go back to bank. Check out was easy. I feel the like the resort fee is just a waste of money, since you dont get anything to say you stay at the hotel. Anyone can enter the pool.and beach.even if you not at the hotel. Its not separate from the public. It's not the in the hotel its located outside. So we pay a fee that the public can use. So just know your $42 resort fee is a waste of money.

The front desk staff members were phenomenal. The location was A+, the beach felt less busy in this area for being so close to pier park, and there were great dining options in walking distance, loved the beach views from my room. I did enjoy this hotel and i would stay here again. I'd leave a higher review but not once were my sheets changed/bed fixed, floor sweeped, or trash thrown unless i put it out at the door. We stayed for 5 days and both of my rooms and attendants felt this way. If my room was better kept i would have given it 5 stars.

You pay for what you get First issue booked a King suite and immediately upon check-in was downgraded to 2 double beds Second no WiFi on floor 5 for over 24 hrs told them about the issue within a hr of check-in but was not rectified the following day after complaining again and telling other people checking in to Go elsewhere to stay Rooms are dated and definitely in need of maintenance and painting The entrance door to the room and balcony door are made of wood... they are both cracked and definitely don't seal properly The shower was redone but you could slide the control valve for water completely over and see inside the wall No Kleenex in the room just a empty dispenser which never was filled after numerous requests I could keep going on for awhile about the other issues and staff pretty much not carrying Like I said before you pay for what you get And you definitely don't get much at this Radisson!!! Definitely will never recommend it or go back to it
