The view was fabulous but wow the hotel is run down, dirty, mold, the staff was unkind besides the lady who checked us in, no amenities besides chairs for the beach. Overall we picked it for the view and that’s about all we got.

Nice size room. Cleanliness well...it is on the beach so sand is always around however you do not get room service except every 3 days...which we did not get and had to ask then they just sent a random staff member in to drop off towels and sweep. They did not make the beds because we had " personal items" throw blankets on the beds. Balcony was nice pool and hot tub very dated. Laundry room was not well kept did have a new washer. Location was not bad close to most things...it was spring brrak and very busy however i would say it is more vrbo vibe so bring a broom and be preoared to take care of yourself.

My family had an ocean veiw room. We enjoyed being able to set the sunset and hear the waves from the ocean. The room was a perfect size.

The hotel is OK just for the beach. The view from the room is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel need upgrading a bit. The elevators did not work properly. One night we had to take the stairs down from the Penthouse to the LL. We had our small children and my 68 year old mother with us. I was not happy about that. Also you will have to dine out… have food delivered or buy groceries. We bought groceries too cook and only had 1 small skillet and 1 big pot. A few big spoons.. forks and butter knives. And you will have to bring a big garbage bag for the trash due to little trash bags and cans in the room. I rate this hotel a 3

Find some place else. I picked this place for my bday trip and that was a big mistake. Yes it’s beach front but it wasn’t worth it to me. The staff was not helpful if you could find or understand them. The rooms don’t get cleaned but every 3 days so be prepared to sleep with sand in your bed. Request extra towels yeah you will wait a day or two. Def needs updated in the bathroom water spots on the ceiling from leaking pipes. 3 elevators and none of them are quick. Wait at least 5 min for an elevator minimum. Parking that is a joke and half. They have a parking garage but they don’t tell you how to get in there. No, they tell you go park in the restaurant next door parking lot if you can find a spot. We will not be back.

Was wonderful for amount of money, nice to have ocean view. It was fine just don’t expect lots of bells and whistles.Communication was good they checked in via text, got text every day saying that towels were available at the pool, there was a rack but it was empty. We had our own towels so no big issue. Kitchenette was not stocked well to be a functional kitchen if you planned to really use it. All we needed was the fridge so it didn’t affect us much. It was definitely a more dated property that we have stayed in but everyone was pleasant and for a last minute getaway it served its purpose for a few days at the beach.

Had to remind staff that I booked 2 rooms. Door was propped open when I got to my room. Ac didn’t work. Microwave didn’t work. No hot water during showers. No door handle. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in
