「Room was fantastic. Gentlemen at the desk was helpful and wished me luck on my weld test the next day. Overall great spot. Only complaint the hairdryer and TV didn't work. But as far as I'm concerned if that's all that's wrong at a hotel all is good. 」

「Customer service was not helpful with applying for the rewards, but I stay at this exact comfort suites regularly at least once a month. I asked for help with signing up and the front desk, lady was very rude and didn’t even try to help when I asked for help. Other than that I always enjoy my stay here. 」

「First the breakfast is not free, but it was the best hot food breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. It was set up restaurant style with linen cloth tables already set with stoneware cups and nice glasses. Food was self serve and was hot and filling, but a lady provided drink service to your table. I will stay here again when I return to Panama City.」

「This was the first time staying at a Hotel Indigo and I was very impressed. From the moment I checked in I felt welcomed along with my little fur ball Gizmo. The room was better than I had imagined and the bar and grill located on the same floor was fantastic. I am already looking for my next getaway staying at a Horwl Indigo. 」

「Staff courteous,i checked i very early because i had a wedding to attend,check in dont start till 4pm,but the front desk clerk was so nice she found me a room,not the one i booked but this was very good,clean and i was satisfied and comfortable,i would recommend this to anyone 」

「I appreciate that I could find a place to stay for under $1000 for 3 things offer Labor Day weekend close to Panama City. Great for a family trip and kids. Kitchen has everything you need. I would just recommend having some olive oil and aluminum foil and zip lock bags for families that are traveling and want to take snacks to the beach. Otherwise, excellent. Thank you for the hospitality. 」

「The place looked a little better in the photos. Only stayed an hour because there were mosquitoes everywhere in our room and we were getting eaten alive. Waist of money.」
