「Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors.」

「I have stayed in some bad hotels in the past, but this one takes the cake. Not only do you have to park in a vacant lot across the street (yes, rain and traffic) but one of the elevators was out. It's when I got to the room when I realized had bad it is. Wanted to call the office Sorry not phone in the room. Wanted to set a wake-up call for the next morning, sorry no alarm in the room. I know, people in the future will stay here, but I assure you there are better places」

「Trash cans outside were all overflowing on the ground, there were no carts by the front door, our room had a dirty bathroom floor, part of the sink vanity was broken and missing, and the toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall, there was hair in the shower mat from the last guest; certainly inconvenient that a late checkout was 50 bucks, breakfast was chaotic and there was nowhere to sit, I couldn't get a receipt after checking out as they said I would get the receipt from the third-party,」

「Everything was great there was just one thing i didnt like and that was the roaches in the room. Now not every room probably had them. If yall could fix that problems than e erything else was great!!!」
