"We enjoyed 2 nights in the Old Florida Room in April. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was delightfully unique and the breakfast at the on-site cafe was delicious. It was an easy walk to the beach and several places to eat. Bike rentals were close by and were a great way to explore the beach towns along the 30A. If ever back in the area, we would stay here again!"

"I was so pleasantly surprised with the room… It had a full-size refrigerator full-size microwave… I didn’t need it, but was just surprised! And a dishwasher, dishes, and silverware everything you need and an amazing breakfast buffet in the morning was included! I highly recommend this hotel. "

We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "
