「Clean and spacious. Host very responsive. We celebrated Friendsgiving and the accommodations did not disappoint. 」

「We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

「Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. Room smelt strong of cleaning supplies and cigarettes. One of the TVs in the room was broken. Outside had a lot of dead bugs. I did notice the inspection for the elevator was a year over due and there was another license or cert aswell. I understand if no one has put the new papers up yet but it is very concerning to see when you walk in. A couple minor issues we were also having was the guest portal was broken and we had to...

「We left after approximately 30 minutes. My husband spoke with the clerk and they stated they will issue a refund. We want a refund due to the numerous issues that were described in my other review: smoke detector battery going off that they didn’t come to fix, moldy smell, dirty matttess on pull out soda with no sheets (stained and covered in dog hair), dirty floors」
