「Has a small pool and exercise room. Breakfast is the same as any other chain hotel. It is across the street from a Love's truck stop so ask for a room on the back side. We did not have any noise except at 9 PM a train comes by and my wife said another came thru at 2 AM but I have a noise machine and I did not hear.」

「The place is a bit dated but everything is clean. The shower was great; the lighting in the room is mediocre, at best. It was a one night stay and if in the area, I'd stay again.」

「I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there.」

「30a Inn and suites is clean and in a good location. If you need something at a reasonable price this is definitely a good option. There is a pool and walking trail nearby. They don’t have a place to wash your laundry onsite unless you choose a room with a washer and dryer in it. They also don’t have a fitness center if that’s something you are looking for. But if you need a room that’s clean, good location and reasonably priced this is a good choice.」

「I've been staying here, as a traveling surgical tech, since Feb 2026. The manager has been very accommodating as well as the staff. I've left things in my room. They've reached out and returned it everytime.I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area. Very traveler friendly.」

「Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready.」

I was questioned by the breakfast prep guy about my stay right after checking out, c'mon man. And then after I checked out, they wouldn't give me a guest receipt.
