「Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. 」

「Check in was not good! When I got to my room the bed was queen beds and I booked a king. The office staff said they was fully booked and he couldn’t do anything about it even after I called and told them I would be there after check in and was told it was no problem.after 45 minutes we was told that they could move us the next day which they did and upgraded us! 「Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. 」
