「We had the most amazing stay! We were there for about 5 days. Isaiah and the staff were so kind and helpful, everything was neat, clean, and well kept. I traveled with my husband, kids, mom, and niece. If we are ever in FT Walton again we will definitely be staying here!」

「There are no staff anywhere - and finding our room was nearly impossible. We had to call the help desk to find it - there are no signs or directions ... the address that is given is the main office which is closed all the time. No instructions sent by email either. The building itself is ok - the room was clean and the fixtures new but not a very comfortable room - the TV wires were hanging off the wall and you could not see the TV from bed. 「Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk.
