「Terrible first impression when checking in. Was surprised nobody was at the front counter and had to go looking for them. Had to make three trips back down to front desk because key card wasn’t working to find out they had to get a maintenance person to replace a dead battery inside the key pad. Next morning while using the bathroom sink…it wouldn’t drain. Got that fixed later that day. The next morning sink drain worked, however there was a bunch of little bugs (thinking gnats) coming up...

「Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.」
