「My family of 4 stayed here for July 4th weekend. I chose this property due to the closeness to the beach and pool. I liked how the beach was steps away, but it was the most terrible beach I’ve been to here in Florida. The water was brown and murky and the vibes were not it. Not to mention the terrible staff who were not help for anything and one elevator being down. It was fairly clean though and I give it that. I will not stay here again.」

「The property was really nice, the pool bar was more of a pizza place that served drinks. but right by the pool. There is a nice walkway to the beach. Not many restaurants in the area and they are very crowded in the evening. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we did not get to try that. Really nice place to stay!」

「5 star experience! We will definitely be back next year. We went for the 4th of July weekend. Everything was nice clean plenty for kids to do. You do not need to leave your entire stay everything you need is here. This resort has been renovated in the past few years. So everything has been updated. My only is issue the desk was not very friendly the 3-4 times we had interactions with them.」

「Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. 「This was a new facility when we checked in, it had only been open 9 days. The first night I stayed I would have said it was great, no complaints. So great, that we wanted to extend our stay. The manager told me that the hotel was booked, she wasn't rude nor was she helpful or approachable. I ended up booking another night through Expedia.
