Worth every penny!!!

Our family of 3 enjoyed everything about this property that we never needed to leave and we will only stay at Margaritaville beach cottages for future trips to PCB. The staff was so fun and attentive Stephanie at the front desk made us feel welcome and excited and was helpful when we wanted to extend our trip because we were having so much fun. Manager Polly, bartenders Monique, Shadane and pool attendant Akeem made our week so fun and special. The cottages are clean and decorated so thoughtfully with everything you will need to have a comfortable stay. The restaurant serves delicious food and beverages. The pool bar also serves tasty food options and drinks with a different menu. The pool, slides and lazy River were clean and the water was warm. We walked across the street to enjoy the beach. You can checkout towels and body boards and they have a little shop with a cafe to purchase drinks and snacks. The gym had great machines and equipments options. The arcade was great to have on property for the rainy nights in with a hyper 9 year old. We can’t wait to visit again and again. Thank you everyone at Margaritaville for a fun and memorable family vacation! :)

The property itself is amazing. Both the pool/amenities & house was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately the on premise service does not meet the same standard. Check in was 4:00, which is on the later side. We arrived at 2:00pm and the said they would text us if our room was ready early. 4:00pm hit and no call so I went back to the front desk to check in and I was told my room was still not ready. Long story short, we finally got in at 4:45, so day one was pretty shot… if you are planning on a short trip (say a couple nights) I could not recommend this place due to the check in issues. On Friday night I went to the restaurant at 5:30 for dinner. We waited at the hostess stand for 10 minutes to just wait - no one came. No staff to serve dinner…? We had no choice but to get in our car and drive somewhere… On Saturday afternoon we decided to head over to the pool bar and watch college football. We headed over at 4pm and the bar already closed for the day! 4pm on a Saturday - pool bar closed… There is another bar just outside the pool that’s connected to the restaurant (the one no one served us the night before). We decided to try it again. We asked them to turn on the TN football game. It took them 20-30 minutes to try. Once they tried, they flips through a few screens and said, “sorry, we don’t have it.” We left, walked to our room, and watched the game inside our room… In summary - beautiful place, very clean, but non existent guest service.

Cottage was beautiful and open space in side! We stayed in a 5 bed/5 bath cottage. Plenty of room for our family of 7! The bad: The kitchen fridge leaked water inside from the drink dispenser (we kept a towel inside to help soak it up). The floors were extremely dirty when we arrived! The bottoms of our feet were black from walking around inside. We mentioned it to the office and we were told there was a broom and mop in our cottage supplied for us! We had checked for these items and only had a mop and a bucket. They delivered a broom later that evening. Wasn’t looking forward to cleaning the house immediately on vacation. The good: Plenty of space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Showers had body wash and shampoo and conditioners ☺️ Anytime you need extra supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, ect.) the office will have more supplies dropped off to you. The pool area was AMAZING! Heated lazy river was superb! We loved the Shirley temples from the bar next to the lazy river! Plenty of activities to keep kids busy! Staff were friendly! The cafe had delicious coffee, however, the kids were not a fan of the hot cocoa. All in all we would definitely go back! Great location and the pros outweighed the cons!
