Our stay was amazing! The room was clean and the staff was the best, specifically Austin. He was fast , efficient, very helpful, and extremely accommodating. I had a slight issue with check in and he offered many options . I appreciate that so much. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing even with kids being there.The view from the lobby is incredible and my family and I cannot wait to come back.

My family and I came here for Spring Break. We have three children ages 12,7, and 6. We all loved it. Property has amazing views. Not too rowdy with younger spring breakers. Staff is friendly. Clean, comfortable room. Nice pool. Provides towels. Right on the beach. Literally a short walk from the pool. Has a fire pit which was nice for the evenings. Hot breakfast was decent, could switch up options a few times but can’t complain. Close to restaurants, stores, gas station, mini golf, other activities ( we went snorkeling and saw dolphins and loved it) The only issue I can think of is the wait times for elevators were long sometimes. I would stay here again for sure. We had a great time.

The parking fees at an additional $20.00 per day plus fees and taxes should have been shown much more clearly at the time of booking. It was a bit of a disappointment to find this out at check in. I took all the excitement out of the arrival and the trip. Additionally, this is a 14 story hotel and one of the three elevators was out of service most of our stay. This left large groups waiting for elevator cars and was a pain to move luggage with bus carts among the large groups. There is no direct access to the lobby other than the elevators from the parking decks. Will likely not stay again or recommend.
