「The room layout is great, the facilities are a bit old, but everything is well prepared. I found a cockroach and the mattress made a loud noise when I turned over.」

「Great place! There were a couple of things that need to be fix but nothing that was an inconvenience. The place was nice and clean and the location was excellent. Getting to the beach and pool was an easy walk or even ride on the tram that is available. The location of the property is also very close to so many places for groceries, food, and shopping. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「Stayed in 1902. Beautiful condo! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning while drinking my coffee. Loved getting 2 beach chairs and umbrella as part of the package. Will stay here again!!」

「Condo was very clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. The view from every room was beautiful! The building is having some work done on the outside but it did not affect our stay. I will definitely book with Southern Vacation Rentals again in the future.」
