The view was amazing!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had some minor issues with the elevators (a new system has been installed) but everything was fixed promptly and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back sooner than later.

Our stay at this property would have been perfect if not for the poor service of the elevator. The apartment we rented was perfect for our family in terms of space, the location so close to the beach was fantastic. Overall the condo was very nice inside & had pretty much everything you'd need kitchen wise. Loved the balcony, but the railing & floor could use a good scrub. The beach staff were wonderful & worked hard everyday to ensure things were ready for guests. Like others have mentioned the elevator is VERRRRYYY slow & using stairs at end of building is not really an option. It was quite frustrating locating the check in desk; poor signage and directions if you arrive at street level. BTW go all the way to the top of the spiral staircase. Also to note, as of this posting, construction is ongoing all along the main road where the hotel & restaurants are located.

The condo room itself was comfortable and nice. We had what we needed and we slept well. The building elevators made it so that we will more than likely never stay there again. We waited 45 minutes sometimes for an elevator. We used the stairs the majority of the time, but were unable to carry all of our luggage up and down that way. Getting a cart to unload your things is very limited, as well. At the pool, teenagers were very disrespectful. Someone threw a firework down in front of us from their balcony, and there was a fight at the pool one evening. We had to quickly move our kids out of the area. The beach area is very full with not much area to sit and relax.

The room was beautiful with an amazing view! Just what we needed. I loved the way it was decorated also. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. Just was missing some matching lids for pans and could've used another baking sheet.. there was only a giant pizza pan. The only disappointing part was that the outdoor pools were super ice cold! Maybe it's too early in the season?

The stay with Tidewater was nice except the Elevators were horrible. The wait for the elevator was sometimes 10-20mins and we were on the 13th floor so every time we left the room we had to wait forever . That was a major bummer .That needs to be fixed. The weather was bad all day on Saturday so we missed 1 whole day . But the condo was clean and nice.

The beach view was perfect. The room was beautiful. Only about half the elevators worked which was not a huge deal most of the time. Our final day, the only elevator in the garage was down which was kind of a pain. The only big complaint I have is that the outdoor pools were not heated and were too cold for us to enjoy.

There was a little construction going on, but it wasn’t bad. Our stay was great. Communication was awesome. They got back to you in a short amount of time. There was a few issues, but nothing major.

Tidewater has always been a favorite of ours. Until we had to walk 12 flight of stairs cause the elevator kept going out. So being on the 4th floor was a definite improvement.

Elevators were down fire alarms went off twice. Parking was ridiculous. We had my handicap Grandma with us which made everything almost impossible. Our room was smaller than expected was also explained that they were two bathrooms. There was only one bathroom was not the cleanest. Also had an additional charge when I went to check in. I didn’t get the proper email to check in. We went upstairs to the dining area. Wait to 10 minutes and no one even came out to see us so we left. Beyond disappointed will never ever come back.
