「Perfect location, right next to the water and downtown. Our rom was really comfortable and clearly updated with new furniture and textiles. I wish they had mentioned there was no elevator to the main floor from the street and that we had to pay for parking. I thought it was included due to the wording they used.」

「I can’t comment on the staff because their check-in just requires you to use your phone number to access the building and your room but the hotel was excellent. The rooms have no outside noise so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s the perfect spot. I got into Portsmouth long before my check-in time so I parked in a nearby garage which ended up costing the same amount that the hotel charges ($40/nt). You’re a block away from all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to Badger’s Island in Maine...

「I usually like fancier places, but Ogunquoit was really expensive for the weekend, so I booked here thinking “whatever, this will fine”. It was actually really great. The staff were all super friendly and the location was about a mile walk to the heart of downtown. It’s not a high end place, but it’s really well located, clean, and friendly. I recommend it.」

「This was a very nice stay. The property was very nice as well as the employees. I felt safe no matter what time of day and enjoyed the area due to convenience. Although you can purchase a continental breakfast for convenience, I would like to see more selections without so much sugar like the cereal.」
