"Expedia MESSED up my reservation BAD (long story) we spent HOURS in the office going back and forth on the phone with Expedia, our phones were dieing, it had been a LONG day... Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated."
