The staff was kind. However there was ripped carpet and window shade in our room. Also-the internet quit working in our room so we were not able to watch any tv apps or connect to WiFi. The hotel staff restarted our tv but that did not help. It was frustrating.

I tried calling during BUSINESS hours on friday but I was told no one at restaurant could help until monday, so I have to call back on monday for something I'm not supposed to deal with until they have someone for their restaurant.
