"Everything was great for a quick stay over!"

"The hotel is good. Very outdated needs work done. Our facet in the shower was hanging on by a thread. Moldy tubs, and no shower fan. There was only one area of elevators for the whole hotel. Which was a pain. The kids water park was cool. I didn’t get in the hot tub or hot springs because they were really small and so many people were crammed in there. The line to check in took forever and so many people were getting annoyed took almost 45 minutes just to get checked in. They have kiosk but half of us couldn’t check in on there. I’m not sure if I’ll ever stay there again but my niece enjoyed it and that’s what matters. "

"Conveniently close to the airport. Is rated > 8 on Trip Advisor, but our stay was more of a 5.5. The pool (which was a main draw) was not working and full of dirt. The quality of the rooms was poor. I also chose it for the airport shuttle, but was not able to be connected to an actual person to schedule a pickup from the airport. When I called, it directed me to a customer service robot. When I asked the robot for the phone number for the front desk, it gave me a number that went to voicemail. I ended up spending $30 on an uber to the hotel, when I chose it specifically because of the airport shuttle. "

"Most of the staff was great and the shuttle driver was ver nice. The only complaint I have is when I first called for the shuttle when we arrived the woman who answered was pretty rude and told us if we weren’t in the right spot (despite describing exactly where we were) the shuttle would only wait 5 minutes and then we would have to “uber our own way to the hotel”. "

"I stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton DFW North with my family and checked in on March 14, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. First, the staff at the front desk did not seem very friendly or welcoming. The overall service felt cold and unhelpful from the moment we arrived. One of our biggest frustrations was that our third room was still not ready even an hour after the official check-in time, which caused unnecessary delays for our family. Another issue was the parking fee. We were charged $20 per day just to park at the hotel, which I find ridiculous, especially for guests already staying at the property. The room itself also had several problems. There was a noticeable hole in the wall, which made the room feel poorly maintained. In addition, the lighting throughout the room was very dim, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient. We also found a bug crawling near the bed. On the second night, my daughter’s room key suddenly stopped working. When we went to the front desk, the staff said they didn’t know why the room had been removed from our account. Because of this issue, they couldn’t leave the room together to go to breakfast since their keys would not work. It was very frustrating and inconvenient. Overall, between the unfriendly staff, delayed room availability, unexpected parking fees, and the condition of the room, this stay was far below what we expected. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to this hotel a"

"This was a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. The team was able to clear up some double reservation issues and I really appreciate the help Juana provided. The room was very good and I was able to get a later checkout so I could get some important work completed. The wing was under renovations but was only a minor inconvenience."
