"Room was nice and spacious but the sofa bed mattress was disgusting covered in stains. We requested room change and got moved and hot shower water wasn’t working in new room. Breakfast was below average, food wasn’t warm and eggs were soggy, waffle maker was great. Booked for 2 nights ended up leaving after the first night due to disappointment "

"Stayed here last night with my husband, and the entire hotel was hosting an anime event throughout all of their lobby and amenities. There were hundreds of strange individuals dressed in costumes and even questionable looking people in thongs. It was hard to even manage walking through the lobby because of how packed it was and they are hosting this all weekend. We checked into our room and it was ok, but the room was a connecting room and the neighbors were so loud we could hear every word of their conversations. We ultimately had to switch rooms at 10pm which ended up being on a lower floor and not as nice as a room. The AC also did not work so it was unbearably hot throughout the night. I never write reviews but the overall experience was so terrible, especially for staying at the Hilton. They really should have made the stays for the weekend exclusive to the people attending the event. It was so strange to be subjected to that and so many people throughout the lobby and amenities which we didn’t feel comfortable using."

"Came for my daughter‘s birthday sleepover.Front desk staff was lovely. Knowing it was a birthday party, the room had a basket of popcorn, candies, and snacks with a card signed by everyone who was on duty for her room. Wonderful restaurant as well. Absolutely would stay again. "
