「I lost track of employees that gave us extraordinary service because there were so many of them! From the valet/front desk that helped us get our oversized truck parked in front lot to friendly maid service to staff at the front desk receiving retrieving two Amazon packages I ordered to the friendly bar staff and the person who directed me to the business center so that I can find a quiet place or a Zoom meeting, you ALL truly went above and beyond! WELL DONE! 」

「If you saw this surprise low price it also means one thing:the room needs renovation,but we like it’s 2 bedroom with kitchen type room,perfect for families,they provide breakfast,but with limited options,compare with other Hyatt houses,very courteous staff,pleasant stay still,according to its price.」
