"Area was not good, room smelled, a/c stop working in the middle of the night."

"Stayed in four different rooms. The first had sticky substances on the floor. The second had footprints on the bed and handprints in the shower. The third had bedbugs. By the time I got to the fourth room, I was so exhausted I was just happy the bed and sink looked clean. The cleanliness here is completely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if it wasn’t for the sweet and helpful lady at the front desk."

"Ceiling texture bubbling and falling inside the room. Seriously stained carpet. Hair in shower and bathroom floor. “Pet friendly”: $75 fee. Mattress has some sort of metal surround. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I’m washing all my clothes in boiling water as other patrons on Google show bed bugs. "

"The amenities in the room were good. It was a nice spot for my daughters and I to have a staycation. But the hotel advertised a bar and restaurant and that played into our decision to stay there. They said they do not have a liquor license, so take that off the site please. Also, the shower was awful. It was either scalding or freezing. No in between. "
