"The property was beautiful and smelled amazing. The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. Great location and breakfast was good. The only 2 reasons I gave this hotel 3 stars are because: the BED ruined everything. They have those thin mattresses on a raised metal boxspring. You hear it every time you move, and it digs into your leg when you get up. The second issue was the housekeepers. They should be told to keep their voices down at least until after checkout. They were SO LOUD in the halls, and the walls were relatively thin. I was awakened by them talking and laughing. "

"Beautiful hotel and warm, helpful, pleasant staff. We will definitely stay there again. The restaurant food was delicious and elegant. Kudos to the designer in charge of room furnishings. The stylish railings on the headboards were strong, secure and came in quite handy. 😉"

"Tried to get us to stay in a room with a broken lock the first night, then put us in a room with broken heavily stained couch that would not pull out into a bed. Heavy bad odors throughout the hotel, elevator did not work. Lights in workout room do not work. Breakfast was only waffles, no proteins. Dirty carpets throughout, has people living long term on property with animals. "

"I got a nice remodeled room, clean, nice conditions, comfy bed. Shower faucet needed some work, it was the oldest thing in the room. There was also a sealing fan right on top of the bed that was not able to shut down, front desk personnel came to check and they also were not able to do it. They were extremely polite and felt bad for not been able to help. Other than not been able to have a proper rest for the nights due to the fan noise and wind, I would recommend it and would go back."

"If you are booking through the third-party red roof in Addison does not care to give you one of their cleaner upgraded newest rooms… if you do not book with them directly, they will most likely put you in the back of the Motel where rooms are full of roaches and carpets smell like pee. Unfortunately, when we request to move the magically seem to be fully booked for the night, but this is not the first time this has happened to us. I was able to find more affordable rooms in the area. I will not be booking with red roof no longer. They are not accommodating and management is not understanding nor care to accommodate your stay if you do not pay full amount for the night directly through them. "

"Whenever I am visiting the area, this is the only place that I want to stay. Check in is always great. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. They are always a five star. I have stayed at other motel sixes but none can compare to this one. I highly recommend this location."

"Stayed here for a couple of days. The staff I interacted with were all nice and pleasant, the facilities were good and well-kept. They don’t tell you until check-in, but it is $10 per day to park in the parking lot."
