Beautiful hotel and warm, helpful, pleasant staff. We will definitely stay there again. The restaurant food was delicious and elegant. Kudos to the designer in charge of room furnishings. The stylish railings on the headboards were strong, secure and came in quite handy. 😉

Luke warm water in the shower. WiFi is extra if you book online with your 'discounter' app. When we arrived the room was freezing. The A/C was set to 63F in the middle of January. Once upon a time, the hotel was probably beautiful and well appointed, but now it has been 'updated' with the same GRAY, BLACK, AND UGLY format. I've removed carpet from my trashed apartments that looked better. Price point is fine: It's $300/night, but it's Addison. Expect to pay more in the area. Next time I'll book a mile away at a nicer place, and pay less. PS: Staff was cordial.
