There were a bunch of men standing around the parking lot. As I parked (female) I was approached and offered drugs while others watched. Since I was there by myself I returned the key to the front desk and left. I didn't feel safe. The front desk clerk was extremely nice. I can't say anything about the room.

At the time that we stayed there, construction was under way in the office area. The attendants were very friendly. The beds were clean but there was a gap under our door where debris was coming in from. The door was not quite level with frame. It looked like it was “quickly” cleaned but not great. We stayed for 2 nights visiting with family.

Shower rod wad inside tub not useable, smoke detector covered in plastic wrap on wall, phone wasn't connected to a wall jack no cords on it, room leaked rain thru cracks above door. Complained 15 mins into stay they didn't do anything offer a different room nothing til day we were to check out. We won't go there again didn't even offer a discount on room either terrible stay oh and room faced sun and all but door was glass very hot in room with ac on 60

Dump. Disgusting. Crap.

This place should not be open. First, zero phones in the rooms. What about emergencies? Second, no smoke detector in the rooms. Third, advertised cable tv.. none. Called maintenance and they said "well you have these 3".. it was fuzzy local channels. Next, people hanging out drinking and smoking in the parking lots and in front of our room. Asked for a refund within 20 minutes of checking in and denied. Hotels.com, yall should be embarrassed about allowing this dump to be booked through your site.

The room was beyond disgusting, the sheets had not been changed from previous guest. There were 3 used bars of soap in the shower and 2 wrappers on the floor. When i called to ask for a clean set of sheets, the person that answered didn't offer any kind of apology or seem shocked, he simply said, how many sheets do you need? And can you come to the office and get them?

First of all there was no toilet paper! When I drove to the office to get another there was no “I’m sorry for the inconvenience,” etc. it was more like a bother to them. Next huge hole in the mattress—very uncomfortable. The room was filthy. I know we chose this hotel for the economy (we are on a fixed income) but lesson learned. We will never choose Motel 6 again.
