The hotel accommodated us to satisfy our needs. Switched our room 3 times to accommodate my husband’s handicap. Valet was quick and prompt. Clean rooms. Breakfast was sketchy. Told us it was free, but it wasn’t. Confusing, but the overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again.

I lost track of employees that gave us extraordinary service because there were so many of them! From the valet/front desk that helped us get our oversized truck parked in front lot to friendly maid service to staff at the front desk receiving retrieving two Amazon packages I ordered to the friendly bar staff and the person who directed me to the business center so that I can find a quiet place or a Zoom meeting, you ALL truly went above and beyond! WELL DONE!

Quick family visit

We have stayed here many times before. The hotel was packed! But somehow the front desk was able to accomodate our needs and found us a quiet spot. This location is central to all we do when in Dallas.

The pool closes at 10:00 p.m. not 11:00 p.m. like in the advertisement. Just be aware that if you're looking for a late night pool they will ask you to get out at 10:00 p.m. to clean. The bartender was great. Made us drinks and was able to go sit out in pool after 9:00 p.m. overall good location and rate.

Good hotel, good location

The room is great and the front desk staff were very friendly. The lobby has a nice place to gather but if it cold outside it’s cold in that area. Also very loud which can be nice so people can’t listen in on conversations but it was leaning toward the distracting side.

Great staff so friendly. Clean well maintained environment with good customer service for a reasonable price. My only real complaint is that I had to pay for parking. $20 per day. Not happy with that inconvenience. But as i was a little confused about it the receptionist said she would try to waive a day She did. So cool of her

We've stayed at this Marriott location in the past and the rooms and service have always been great. Kehr, Assistant Mngr. was courteous and even gave us complimentary drink and breakfast tickets. Our only complaint is the garage parking is a bit excessive in addition the the nightly charges for our room, garage should be free unless a guest valet parks. Each morning the double paned window in our room was filled w/condensation which filled the window sill w/water which ran down the inside wall to the floor. Also, the bathroom needs an exhaust! The ice machine on our (10th) floor was not working nor was the one on 9th floor. Other than the above our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
