The property was very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Cutest holiday decorations and popups for fotos. Children entertainment with mobile train rides, bounce houses and hot chocolate and smores. Making plans to return for the summer.

The staff at the hotel were lovely. My room was very old and dated. I tried everyday several times a day unsuccessfully to connect to the internet. My tv kept turning off and changing channels on its own. Maintenance said I had one of the oldest tvs in the hotel. Almost no hot water and the food in the restaurant wasn’t good. Sending back my food several times. I remember living in Dallas when those hotel was built and at the time it was very nice. Sad to see it in such disrepair. The good news is the hotel is under renovation. I hope they return to a great place

My husband and I came for a "staycation" away from the kids and had a great time. The waterpark is so fun, the gym is huge and very well-equipped, and the room we stayed in felt luxurious and comfortable.

The fitness center, pool, outdoor areas, etc were all amazing. Over the top was the private beehive. We had such an amazing time. Staff were all very, very kind. We will absolutely be back!!!
