「Unfortunately, my experience at the Monte Carlo Inn Barrie was overshadowed by the level of customer service. While the hotel itself was adequate, the interactions with the front desk staff (Heather) left much to be desired. I found the service to be unfriendly, unwelcoming, and lacking the basic level of hospitality I would expect from a hotel, both before arrival on the phone and during our stay. 「雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。」

「The hotel charged $30 per night for the parking. Room key was used to scan to the parking lot. If the customer didn't park at the hotel, why they had to be charged for the parking? Those front desk employees were not honest. 」

「All of the staff we encountered were friendly, pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the oool and there was an adjacent outdoor area with tables where we could eat our take out meal. The breakfast bar had a variety of cold and hot options. There was a coffee machine in the room (also microwave and fridge) and a machine in the lobby that offered a variety of coffee based beverages.」
